If your new car doesn’t meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it by contacting us before 8:00 p.m. CST on the seventh day. This gives you time to test the car in various conditions and make sure it fits your lifestyle and preferences.
You can drive the car up to 400 miles within the first 30 days without any penalties. If you exceed this limit, a fee of $1.00 per extra mile will apply. To qualify for a return or exchange, the vehicle must remain in its original condition, free from accidents, modifications, or liens. This policy helps us maintain high standards for all our customers.To initiate a return or exchange, simply contact your Empire Auto World representative by phone or email during business hours (Monday to Saturday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. CST). For exchanges, you can select up to two different vehicles, with the third choice being final and not covered under the 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. This gives you the flexibility to find the perfect car for you.If you choose a return, eligible fees will be refunded to your original payment method within 10-15 business days. If you keep the car beyond 30 days, we’ll handle the registration if it hasn’t been completed, ensuring smooth ownership.Plus, every vehicle from Empire Auto World includes a complimentary limited warranty covering major mechanical components for 100 days or 4,189 miles, whichever comes first. This extra protection gives you peace of mind and shows our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
