The Story
Finished in black over a matching black cabin, this 1969 Dodge Charger R/T is a classic American muscle car with serious presence. Under the hood sits a 383ci V8 rated at 485 horsepower, backed by a 4-speed manual gearbox.
The car is equipped with power steering and power brakes with front discs, along with an aftermarket tachometer and a Hurst shifter. It has received a number of performance-oriented upgrades, including an MSD distributor, a K&N air filter, Demor carburetors, an Edelbrock intake, and Mopar Performance heads. American Racing wheels complete the look.
Built on the Chrysler B platform, the 1969 Charger is known for its undivided grille, rounded taillights, and concealed headlights. The redesigned model proved popular, with more than 96,000 examples produced for the year.
